I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The value for money was excellent, with affordable prices for a room that was clean and well-maintained. The staff paid attention to detail and ensured that the rooms were always kept clean and tidy, providing a comfortable atmosphere during my stay. The location was also convenient, with several bus stops nearby that took me right into the city center of Florence.
No negatives, everything was okay.

The rooms are very nice, big and clean. The atmosphere in this b&b is very pleasant, we were welcomed by Andrea and Rose. As soon as we arrived, we got a map of the city with some explanations. Breakfast could seem a bit weird, as it's taken in the small kitchen-office-room and it's a bit poor at the first sight. But don't hesitate to ask what would you like to have, i'm quite sure that Andrea (sometime a bit absentminded) will find it in the fridge and share with pleasure!
The location is not bad (1 - 2 km from center), but could be better as we felt a bit "outside" the city, and we wouldn't "quickly" pass at our room, to rest or to get ready for dinner, if we had to go all the way back again.

The room was big and spacious and clean with lots of light.
The street below was quite noisy and we both struggled to sleep due to this.

The location is pretty convenient, with bus stops and the city center close by. There is also a park where you can have a great view of the city and an outdoor bar within walking distance. Rooms are big and clean with great wifi - perfect for young travelers on a budget. The hosts are welcoming and helpful, making check-in and navigating the city easy.

The owners that operate the B&B - Rosa and Andrea are very friendly and helpful and there at almost all times - ready to assist their guests. The double room we rented was spacios and clean, as well as the bathroom.
The place is a bit away from the city centre (30 min. walk) from Firenze SMN stattion.

The location is good, not to far from the center and not too busy. The staff was very kind and helpful and the room is comfortable. It was also easy to find a parking place for free.

This hotel is in a great location, close to the central station and only a short walk from the historical city center. The rooms are very clean and spacious, with excellent facilities like air conditioning and fridges available for guests to use. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing us with maps and advice on the best places to visit.
Nothing could have been better.

Spacious room, private bathroom.
Nobody buzzed us in, we needed to call and we had no cell phone, so we had to get the cab driver to call for us. The lady in charge at night did not no english, and when we asked her in french to boil water for us at night, she told us it was impossible. Also, there was something making a loud buzzing noise all night (similar to a doorbell). The beds were not nearly as comfortable as other B&B's in Rome that we stayed at that were in the same price level. All in all, not worth the money spent.

This hotel provides excellent value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. I appreciated the convenient location, with several bus stops nearby that go straight into the city center. The staff were friendly and provided useful information about the area. The rooms were clean, spacious, and equipped with individual bathrooms and air conditioning.
All was well.

Refurbished hotel and room with air conditioning.
It is not an hotel. Is an hostel. Our room had a private bathroom, but we had to pass through a public hall to go to it. The breakfast was taken in the kitchen with the owner of the house.

During my Christmas stay at this accommodation, I appreciated the two complementary bottles of water and the tea and coffee supplies provided in the reception area. The location was also convenient, with easy access to bus transportation and plenty of shops and cafes nearby. the comfortable beds made for a good night’s rest.
The shower design in the bathroom was poorly executed, causing the entire bathroom to become wet after using it. the noise from passing ambulances and vehicles outside was quite loud at times, causing some disturbance during my stay.
